Even if you already practice this meditation as taught in her books do yourself a service and try it with her voice .Ms Laurie won't be around forever but with these teachings and her voice she will be with us always.

Clearly, I had success with this meditation on first use. I downloaded it on the New Moon, listened once to get acquainted and listened again to follow more deeply. In alpha, I clearly saw a person moving a stick in a spiral motion in what appeared to be some turned up earth, which transitioned into a wide swinging crystal pendulum around the same earth, same direction. I don't have either of these tools. This went on for a few minutes, and then I moved on to other intentions. Very nice results for a 1st attempt. I plan to work with this audio a lot more to further my skill with it.

Many years ago I read Laurie's Autobiography, that explained the Alpha State and what it can do. I've been using it ever since. I'm a long time fan and look forward to hearing the crystal countdown meditation. Loreal

I bought the Crystal Countdown and right away I did the exercise along with Laurie's guidance and I can tell you, It is powerful. I am psychic but I shut down a lot of the time for protection. This gives me a safe place to be with the Great Mother and open up to her guidance. This is a 5 star product. You could do this every morning and evening during your morning dedication and before you go to bed and the strength that would come from that cannot be measured in gold.

I have numerous meditations by Lauie. I really like them all. Many of them explain important facts about the hows and whys of Witchcraft, before getting into the guided meditations. Many of these can be found in script form in Laurie's books; adding the recordings to your study in the books can add an entirely new depth and understanding of the material.
