I find that meditating when I get up everyday works for me too. When I read these pages, I feel right at HOME! I knew we would love this book. Once upon a time, after struggling with my gifts for years, it felt like they had me instead of me having them. I didn't know what to do so I called my younger sis. She told me to go and get this book straightaway and I did and, 13 years later, I still adore this book. I usually give it away when someone needs it and buy another copy. lol Well, it's wonderful and it sure would make my heart happy if I could have it on my NOOK some day.

I first read this book years ago when Goddess initially called me to Witchcraft. It was the second book I had read on the subject (the first was "Positive Magic" by Marion Weinstein) and this one book helped me realize that I encompassed more power and magick than I had ever dreamed! I have read all of Ms. Cabot's books (they are also must-reads in my opinion!) and consider her my "teacher", but I find myself coming back to this particular book over and over again. It's a must-have for the beginner and seasoned Witch alike! I adore this woman!! :-) 5+ stars, Blessed Be!
