The Official Witch Shoppe, located in Salem Massachusetts, was opened by "The Official Witch of Salem" Reverend Laurie Cabot, H.P.’s.

In 1970 Laurie Cabot opened her first Witch shop on Derby Street in Salem; this store was the first Witch shop in the United States!  Over the years as times change so has the location and name of the store from Derby Street to Essex Street and finally to it’s current location at Pickering Wharf and the names Crow Haven Corner (still open under different management), and The Cat, The Crow and the Crown (closed in 2010) to it’s current incarnation of The Official Witch Shoppe.

While the names and locations have changed what has remained constant is Laurie Cabot’s mission and reason for opening a Witch shop in the first place: to educate people on the truth about Witchcraft and that majick is real, it does exist and it is helpful!  Majick and Witchcraft are not devil worship or evil!  To assist in this mission Laurie Cabot does more than sell supplies, she also offers classes and workshops which you can find out more about here.

Many items offered at The Official Witch Shoppe are one of a kind items hand made by Laurie Cabot, each item is then charged or infused with Laurie’s energy and majick with the correct and proper intentions.

In addition to Laurie Cabot’s hand made products you will also find other tools you need whether it’s Wiccan supplies, Witch or Witchcraft supplies or just general pagan and occult supplies for ritual and spellcasting.  Tools such as Athames, Chalices, Spell Kits, Spell Candles, gemstones, goddess and god statues, incense, altars, altar clothes, pentacle jewelry, herbs, majick wands and potions.

We also carry a large selection of divination supplies including tarot cards, runes, pendulums and crystal balls as well as a large selection of educational items such as books, DVD’s and CD’s.
